shares, impressions, and general engagement data) in compliance with applicable laws. This
data is used exclusively to provide our Service and is not shared with third parties.
X
eNgageCXM allows you to link your X profile to your account, through which we access
specific information from X. This includes your profile image, display name,
username/profile ID, access tokens, and posted content. The collected data covers post details
and engagement metrics (click rates, likes, retweets, shares, impressions, and general
engagement data) as permitted by law. This data is solely used to deliver our Service and is not
shared externally.
Instagram
eNgageCXM enables connection to your Instagram profile, through which we collect certain
data from Instagram, including profile image, display name, username/profile ID, access tokens,
and content of posts. Engagement metrics collected include clicks, likes, shares, impressions,
and other general engagement data within legal allowances. This information is exclusively
utilized to provide the expected Service and not shared with third parties.
LinkedIn
eNgageCXM allows you to connect your LinkedIn profile, enabling access to specific LinkedIn
information like profile image, display name, username/profile ID, access tokens, and posted
content. Engagement data (click rates, likes, shares, impressions, and overall engagement
counts) is collected as legally permitted and exclusively used to deliver our Service, without
external sharing.
TikTok
You may connect a TikTok profile to your eNgageCXM account, through which we collect
certain TikTok data such as your profile image, display name, username/profile ID, access
tokens, and posted content. Engagement metrics (click rates, likes, shares, impressions, and
general engagement data) are collected according to applicable laws and utilized solely to
provide our Service without sharing with third parties.
Google Business Profiles
eNgageCXM allows connection to your Google Business Profile, through which we collect
specific Google Business Profile data, including profile image, display name, username/profile
ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This also includes engagement data such as clicks, likes,
shares, impressions, and other general engagement metrics within legal limits. This data is
exclusively used for delivering our Service and not shared externally.
YouTube
Connecting your YouTube channel to eNgageCXM allows us to access specific Google and YouTube account data, including your profile image, display name, channel ID, access tokens, and uploaded video information. We also collect engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, and impressions, strictly as permitted by YouTube API Services.
This application uses YouTube API Services and complies with the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting your account, you agree to these terms.
In accordance with YouTube API policies, we do not store or display YouTube data for more than 30 days. All collected data is used solely to provide our services and is never shared externally.
